CFS provides counseling, consultation, training, and referrals for concerns that impact both your personal and professional lives. Services are provided for faculty, staff, and their immediate families.

Nutrition Counseling for Faculty and Staff

Health Promotion for Faculty and Staff and the Interprofessional Clinic provides staff, faculty, retirees, and their spouses/domestic partners with nutritional counseling.  To get started, visit the website to complete the nutrition referral form.

Quick Student Referral Guide for Faculty and Staff

Concerned about a student?  The Early Intervention Team Quick Referral Guide is a good resource when needing to decide where and how to refer a student, including information and links for Attendance and Performance Alerts, Early Intervention Team referrals, Care and Concern referrals, or Emergency Well-checks by campus police. In addition, there is contact information for many offices that are available if you want to consult about a student.
