Re-Enrollment

Students who take a break from App State (i.e. students who do not register for courses) may return without applying for readmission for up to one calendar year.

Eligible to re-enroll up to 4 subsequent terms, including summer sessions, from last term of attendance:

Students who have not been enrolled within one calendar year (12 months) of their last term of attendance must apply for undergraduate readmission.


 
Students who plan to re-enroll in an academic major in the Beaver College of Health Sciences (BCHS) should complete the BCHS Undergraduate Re-Enrollment Notification Form. The information provided will allow the Office of Advising & Academic Support to provide the best possible assistance for a successful transition back into the college. Ideally, a re-enrollment notification is submitted at least 2 months prior to the intended semester of return.

Please allow one week for processing. Once a notification is received by the BCHS Office of Advising & Academic Support, an academic advisor will contact you (via your App State email) with a recommendation about how to proceed. Some students will be able to register for courses using their original graduation plan. However, some students may need to schedule an advising appointment if they are new to the major or their original grad plan requires a substantial update.
