Paul Moore, Lecturer and Assistant Internship Coordinator with the department of Nutrition and Health Care Management, was awarded the North Carolina Outstanding Dietetic Educator Award at the annual North Carolina Dietetic Association in March.
The purpose of the Outstanding Dietetics Educator Award is to recognize the teaching, mentoring and leadership activities of faculty in ACEND-accredited dietetics education programs.
