During the annual awards event, Beaver College Dean Marie Huff is joined by college and departmental leadership to recognize one academic and one leadership award for each undergraduate program and one outstanding student award for each graduate program. Award recipients invite a select group of family and/or friends to the event who can join in their recognition, and the event is live-streamed for those unable to attend.

Several of the college’s new programs, including the BS Health Sciences, Master of Occupational Therapy and Master of Public Health, will have their first graduates and award recipients recognized in the spring 2026 awards ceremony.

“It’s a joyful event to congratulate some of our high-achieving students and share their accomplishments during the awards event,” said Dean Huff. “We learn about some of the obstacles they have overcome, faculty who mentored them, their plans after graduation (it seems many of them plan to catch up on their sleep!), and how they plan to make a difference in their field as a working professional.”
